Anatomical Heart Brooch.

I'm having a really bad pain day today, woke up hardly able to move my neck and right shoulder and as the day has gone on it's spread down my back and just gotten worse and worse. I don't tend to take painkillers unless it's unavoidable but I'm totally co-codamol-ed up today just to be able to move a bit. Bleugh! Fed up with Fibromyalgia.

However, it's not all bad, I've spent the day comforting myself with the very lovely Benedict Cumberbatch in Sherlock. Now that's enough to cheer anyone up *sigh* ;)
