AKL lantern festival

This was my favourite.

The whole of Albert Park was alight and bustling tonight at the lantern festival. The selection of Asian food was incredible. China's No. 1 band played. Heavy metal. A bit incongruous as a theme tune to a family festival with small children clutching candy floss and small aged Chinese people shuffling through the crowds. Lovely.
