Well done to all at Blip Towers on the BAFTA award, well deserved :)

Earlier last year I took off with some mates for a few days in good old Amsterdam. Among other things we found an exhibition of Stanley Donwood - it's his art you see on Radiohead's album covers from OK Computer onwards. He had a series of 10 engravings 'If You Lived Here You'd Be Home By Now' that really stood out and one of us had the idea that we could all chip in together to buy them.

One or two drams later that night and we were all convinced that it was a beautiful idea.

Back in Scotland we collectively emptied our bank accounts and the prints winged their way over from Amsterdam. About a week later the world's financial markets collapsed but we stuck our fingers in our ears and whistled loudly.

Fast forward to Friday where we finally had them all framed up and everyone in the same place to choose their favourites to take home.

Amazingly we all pretty much got the ones we wanted without resorting to violence or mind control. It's not impossible that all the goodwill was fuelled in part by the tequilla (backblip) that turned up to mark the occasion.

So these are my three, the one in the middle's my favourite. You can see them better on this site where Stanley goes on about what a nightmare they were to make as they use a really old time consuming technique called photogravure.

I like them a lot but next holiday I'm buying a fridge magnet.
