Active Annie

This last week I have had reason to evidence the extent of my active lifestyle to qualify for the right set of 'wheels' as opposed to a 'granny' set of wheels. The next period will see if I have managed to do that so I can 'get on' with keeping active.
In the meantime being at home more than normal should really have seen me crack on with my PhD work but I have found it incredibly difficult to drag myself away from the TV and the Winter Olympics. Not sure armchair sport counts!!
