New and improved

I was at a different esteemed institution today. This sign was in the cafeteria. For those of who do not normally dine here it raised all sorts of questions...........why did it need improved? Who decided it should be improved? For those of us who didn't taste the old version, how do we know it has improved? Anyway.......I had soup and a toastie so it didn't really matter in the end!
