Another busy wet day

Early ish start again, thank goodness for the iPad! Went swimming then drove to work to pick up everything that I needed over half term. Top and bottom little pictures show how bad the flooding is / weather was (I was driving, pictures taken for me!)
Just as we got to school Charlotte fell asleep so I ended up being sat in the car for ages whilst she slept and auntie Sarah went in. She especially positioned her hat for this sleep. Headed from school to meet auntie Helena for lunch, a one minute journey across an island took twenty! Traffic still hideous to say the least. Yummy lunch, Charlotte got a free bowl of icecream for sitting so nicely and being so polite! Yay! The icecream was yummy. Grandfather and great auntie Sandra made it over to us around 4pm, Charlotte was incredibly chatty and chilled with them both which impressed me as a, she had only had 40 minutes sleep compared to her usual two hours on a Friday and b, she hadn't seen the for ages,
