No-one could and Lizzy Yarnold won Great Britain's first gold medal in Sochi after dominating the women's skeleton from start to finish.

My poor postman, you should have seen him struggling down the road laden down with all those Valentines for me...SLAP...oops sorry I was daydreaming.

I went for a quick swim then met up with Avril at her office. We had a good old catch up whilst I took a few pics around the classrooms. I'm going to design some new flyers and promotional material for her, I'm quite looking forward to some creative playing around.

Carey walked down to the office, as she is in the zone for losing weight...I wish I was too...then we headed off for a late breakfast. It is a good job she had been in the gym, had a swim and the long walk because we both succumbed to bacon and mushrooms on toast with a few cups of tea...lovely.
