Crowned Crane

Today we went to Avifauna, a bird park. This Crowned Crane was enjoying the autumn sun and was posing for me, of which I took advantage of course.

I really love birds. We have five chicks in the back garden and a 17-year old cockatiel (see my about page) in house. And I work voluntarily at a bird rescue center, which is really a lot of fun.
