Day 45: Jackfruit

Someone has planted a row of jackfruit trees on the edge of the car park at work.
Now the trees are bearing nice size fruit and was surprise to see them still on the tree. Normally picked by keen car park users or eaten by possums.

Beautiful fruit! Can be eaten as is or cooked in curry!
