Super Star

Today was Oliver's last day at pre-school before the Half Term break.

My husband and I picked him up in the car today, and after my husband strapped him into his seat he announced "I have a secret thing in my rucksack. I will show you when we get home".

Sadly we were not going straight home, but Oliver kept his secret for a good forty minutes before he started to unzip his rucksack and with a cheeky smile on his face pulled out an A5 piece of card. He giggled as he did this.

It transpired that the secret thing was an award; "Super Star" of the week. Oliver had gained this for "gaining confidence and making lots of friends".

This had to be my blip of the day.
