Waiting for the lights to go back on

This afternoon the electricians were in at Job No. 2. A few times they turned the electricity off - and there's not a lot you can do in an office without electricity when it's too dark to see! So I blipped... a terrible photo, I know.

This is the view through the window. No, they're not bars (though they might as well be!), they're vertical blinds. Outside there's a little courtyard garden which would have been beautiful once upon a time. But, sadly, it's been neglected over the years. On the bright side, lots of birds sit in the trees and shrubs, and sing. There's one singing now :-)

It's seemed a very long week... tired, lacking inspiration and looking forward to the weekend!
