"Take Five"!!

Here across the bank from where I was peeking through the branches we saw several Herons looking for fish! Two of my friends asked to come along to try to spot some Herons today when I took the hooligans for their dog park outing. As it turned out, these gracious birds weren't in their nests, but along the bank. I was glad I'd taken my Nikon today altho the lens is NEVER long enough. But to see this many gathered together searching out their food was delightful.

Earlier in the day I finished my hour swim and began sorting through old pictures to post one of myself from the fifties on here soon. I'm still sorting!

For those who saw yesterday's blip of Barb and Ben...Barb's cataract surgery was a success! She is fine today:) Thanks for all the lovely comments, stars and hearts! She was tickled.
