Mr Bumble

I took a walk along the river after work but when I got there found that I only had my macro lens with me - that explained why my pack didn't seem very heavy!

So, a macro shot it is. The dahlias were alive with bumblebees. The trees were alive with cicadas too but I couldn't see a single one of them.

Those three dots on the top of bumblebees faces fascinate me - they look like on off switches.
