Toffee Apples!

As a child I can remember buying toffee apples at the Michaelmas Fair.

Our neighbour Mrs P made them, her 2 children used to walk around the village fair with wheel barrows full of toffee apples wrapped in cling film and they sold like hot cakes!

My friend Emma suggested we make some to take to the bonfire. She is full of good ideas.

This was my first attempt at making them and yes they did taste as good as they looked!
