Tower To Let

Worked late today, trying to get PDRs done for my team including evening staff. Got 25 bus back as quicker but then walk Lothian Road way.
This 'tower' is at the corner of Lothian Road, Castle Terrace and Kings Stables Road - I wonder what it is like inside? Could you live in there or is it an office?
