Walk in the Park

Walked through Holyrood park to get across town to take GTA IV back to blockbuster and the traffic was quite busy so I was pleased I took the tripod with me for a long exposure.

Been making gazpacho today, using up more of the 6kg of tomatoes we bought at the caash and carry. The recipe I used turned out to make a very similar 'soup' to what we had in Antequera as 'Porra de Antequera'. It's very thick due to having a large amount of breadcrumbs mixed in with the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper before being blended. In Antequera it was served with some tuna, a hard boiled egg and a slice of serrano ham, very tasty and extremely filling for soup.

The Process were on at bannermans in the evening so I popped up for that, it's a good venue and the sound was better than I've heard at any other Process gigs which was a bit of a revelation.
