Dusk

Change, like sunshine, can be a friend or a foe, a blessing or a curse, a dawn or a dusk - William Arthur Ward.......definately a blessing...last shift then off !! 10 days.....a blessing !! ;0)

New Bridge supports coming along nicely !! ;0)

Last nights shift was soggy to say the least.....soggy and cold. The ship 'Orthis' was just sailing from the terminal and suffered engine failure. Normally 10 guys to bring this ship in....we had 5 to bring it back alongside....normally an hour, hour and a half work.....4 hours in the worst weather!!

Thankfully, despite being extremely soggy, all went well. Ship brought safely back in, problem sorted, sailed without incident at lunchtime today. Hopefully a tad quieter tonight........then tomorrow morning....The Doc McStuffin Roadshow!!!!!!! Mini G's favourite, only stop is in Edinburgh tomorrow so we're taking her through !! The theme tune is already rattling around my head !!! ;0)
