Meet Peter

This teddy was bought for my sister on her first birthday so it's nearly 53 years old. I acquired it a few years later and called it Peter.

Apparently, at the time the bear came into my possession we had a plumber working in the house with a 'lad' to help him called Peter. I had taken quite a shine to Peter so decided to name the bear in his honour.

Also, at this same time, my mother was expecting my younger brother and I had declared that "if it's a boy we're calling him Peter and if it's a dog we're calling him Angus". Well, I was only 3...
