Phew!

A full-on baking day for me but got 6 gorgeous Valentine's Day cake boxes into the post in time. It was a bit of a nightmare day with things going wrong - I'm not used to the new oven yet and thought I'd use the small oven to bake one of the cakes. Steep learning curve... but it did mean that once I baked another the chocolate Nutella cake ended up with three layers instead of two. That has to be a good thing. Right?

Consequently the only photos I've taken today were a few of the hyacinths that came with the yellow tulips I blipped the other day.
