fly by

Today I again took the muddy track between the industrial units to the secret lake and wood. The light before breakfast was again poor but as these cormorants flew over as I arrived. I was grateful as I was able to get back in the warm and pack my bag again before work started.

Another full on day and I am currently back on the train heading to Brussels.

I hear if could be a bumpy flight home tomorrow afternoon (it will take more than that to stop me having an in flight nap !!)

Don't you think cormorant are almost primitive looking ?
