Pre-Valentines

It seems like a long time since I did my college course and learnt about chocolate work. At last, an excuse to practise!
I am looking forward to tomorrow, as I booked myself the day off and I am going to work with Rob for a treat! He promises that we will go out for lunch (fish and chips) and if I am good I can do some filing for him!
Such fun!
