I love batch cooking

And freezers! That's the others sorted for the busy nights, as they all seem allergic to veg I'm fed up cooking 3 different meals each night! Morning in the kitchen will save hours in the evening over next few weeks! :-)

Apart from that, work and paperwork this evening! Nearly the weekend!
