S-t-r-e-t-c-h.......

Having been awake since the small hours I took myself off to Bushy Park early this morning. It was heavily overcast so I was not expecting anything in the way of a sunrise. I always seek out the swans when I am in the Park. I was lucky! After just a few minutes of watching the pair Mr Swan decided to have a good stretch.
The light was really poor, hence the high ISO.

The Council delivered sandbags to all the houses in our road today. We are about 200 metres from the Thames. We are told that this is just a precaution.....we are hoping that we do not have to put the bags to the test.
