little women, walkin down the street

title is some misheard lyrics from a friend. ;)

our school put on a musical of "little women" this fall. it was okay. the set was pretty limited, only chairs and a desk and a fake piano & didn't really make for super interesting photos. there was little or no choreography either so pretty limiting as far as pictures go.

i need to learn to keep the fixed focus on because as soon as i changed to the zoom lens, you can immediately see where my pictures turn to crap. however the fixed zoom wasn't the greatest for this play if i wanted more people in the shot. but the zoom is just..blechk.

what the school needs is a fixed lens are every possible length. is that too much to ask? yes, it is? oh well that's just great. great.
