I'm back in Edinburgh!

It's been awhile this time - I've been in the Northern Realms for 7 weeks (my parents have been holding me hostage!) but the folks have finally had enough of me (well...my dad has anyway. Apparently I've been too argumentative and disrespectful and have now been written out of the will..) and planned a weekend in Edinburgh with friends so that they could pack me and all my stuff up and dump me back where I belong ;)

Was great to catch up with Maggie today. We went to The Roamin' Nose round the corner for a bit of lunch, v tasty, and excited chatter and screeching and lots of cackling :D
Then back to my Baltic flat for cups of tea and tried to warm up. It's so cold here!
Perhaps not helped by the fact I'm now used to the tropical temperatures of my parent's hot house. This may take some adjusting to!
