We Can Be Heroes

We battled through wind and rain and a lot of traffic - but eventually made it to the Lowry to see 'We Can Be Heroes' by 'sometimes we play'

It was an absolutely fantastic, well written and performed show, and the group of girls we went with (as part of their arts award) really engaged with the performance, and loved it too. The actors, musician and director were really friendly, and kindly stayed behind at the end for a Q and A. The girls were able to ask lots of questions about the play, which will be really useful for their arts award, and their cameraman even kindly offered to film the interviews too, which was brilliant.
