Birthday selfie

Mrs Soup and I had a very good day. This morning we watched some of the Winter Olympics rather than go out in the wind and rain. I managed to swot-up on some more camera tips (remember to fix your DSLR’s mirror out of the way to prevent shake when taking Macro snaps!). Then this afternoon we had tea and cake with Joan, followed by an evening meal in Blackheath.

I had some excellent presents, including a new compact camera (used for this photo) and the camera cover that Mrs S made on Monday (which fitted perfectly).
