Back to blipping

Well I have been very negative lazy and slipping back to my old ways. I have missed quite a few blips.

I posted this photo as I had just been for a run and actual steam is coming off my feet but this photo doesnt do it justice.


So i have 2 and a bit weeks till the half marathon. The last time I have run was friday. I have eat loads about 20 christmas biscuits since monday. Had a lift to work and done no running or exercise. I was meant to go for a drink last night but never plus I made a rubbish stew.

Tonight paul got dinner ready hoo rah I did take s pic but it never saved. Fish cakes salad and wedges.


So today I walked to work and it was a struggle. Weather is still shocking its awful round the country FLOODS. Will it ever stop raining.

Work was fine I got a lift home and dragged literally dragged myself for a quick run. 3 miles at 9 mins 11 sec a mile.

I need to get back on track with exercising diet and weight loss. I think I may turn this in to a food diary. And no cheating. There are the giardano chocs and massive box of thorntons left. Oh and panetone.

So I think I am going to stop sweetners in coffee at work. Salt and no tom sauce.....
