Pump Action

There I was just about to judge "Newspaper Printer of the Year" and the phone starting buzzing in my pocket... Who could it be???
It was work... our pumps had failed in the road and water was rising quickly!!
So after the judging finished instead of a leisurely drive back to Wales I had to rush to Worcester... We were in danger of not producing as no transport could get to our plant :(

I reassured the workers there that would not happen as they could walk the publications up the steep hill to where transport could get to! I was not popular lol

Anyway by the time I got there a tractor had pulled up and filled the pumps with diesel we also had 3 extra pumps on hand to help with the extra water... I will be working to gone midnight now instead of being tucked up home in bed!!
