Day 43 (Lincoln 6C Light Blue)

Today I have been working on a prototype for a new project. I'm rather excited because it has been ages since I've had the chance to trial a new pattern, yet alone try to figure out my own from just a photo. Wait... I've not done the latter yet. After making an Irish lace collar before Christmas, it's given me a lot of confidence to take the next step in my creating.

For day 5 of my #100happydays, although I had an appointment this morning, it has probably been the calmest day that I've had in a while. I'm happily spending my evening chatting to the cats, watching telly and crocheting in front of the lovely and warm has fire, and being grateful that I don't have to go out in all the wind that I'm hearing.
