Drastic Steps

This woman was struggling to maintain her foothold whilst keeping a grip on her brolly and shopping in the icy rain and bluster this afternoon.

Since I've got home this evening the wind has increased to storm force and I see we have a red weather warning in place. As I write, I'm afraid my shed might be about to lose its roof. The edge is flapping about rather alarmingly and I can hear all sorts of crashes and bangs going on... I just hope no neighbours are injured if the roof (or the whole shed) takes flight. Gulp!
