Dealing with disappointment
Today just didn't feel right, not sure why but it didn't. I was shattered waking up because I had a few odd dreams. Getting sorted seemed a real drag, then I get an email I didn't want and I feel a bit tearful so I thought it's ok I'm off to London in a few minutes then the car is not right and we can't go until tomorrow and I realise I have huge disappointment "issues"!!
So what can I do to sort myself out? Be grateful for what I have is what I can do!! So here are five things I'm grateful for today:
1. I can afford a house that doesn't blow away in a storm
2. I still have nice people in my life that I can rely on to make everything feel better
3. Whatever happens I'm still doing better than lots of people
4. I've made it through some tough times on my own and know I can do it again if I have to!
5. I can still make people laugh in work even when I'm not at work ( or are they just happy I'm not there? :-))
