DDW's February 2014 Alphabet Challenge Day 14: L is for...

I like lichen. Been itching to take some photos of it for a while but the weather hasn't been helpful. Today was glorious (sorry to rub it in to the rest of the UK) so I took the dogs out for an extra long walk and completely lost myself in the tiny world of lichen.

Before our walk, the dogs played really hard outside for a couple of hours whilst I did a bit more gardening and took full advantage of the sunshine. This evening you would never know we have three dogs in the house...They are dead to the world.
