Bending

Enjoyable morning at a craft fayre on the campus. Beautiful designs and crafts(wo)manship but nearly all of it expensive beyond my budget. I did buy some of these spoons though, and one fork. Steve Handley (among other things) reshapes old cutlery and sells the resulting hooks.

Three students were doing a project of some kind, they might have been filming people's reactions to being offered a free piece of homemade cake or a cookie. They now have footage of me reacting with glee (gluttony). Yummy!

Back to the books and work now. Writing to edit, poets to study etc, etc. But who will win? I can feel John Lewis exerting consumer pressure to lure me to 'his' den... netbook anyone?
