And it carried on snowing!

We woke up to a real winters day; lots of beautiful crisp snow! Caley was very excited to see all the 'white stuff' and has enjoyed two outings just in case it's all gone by tomorrow.
Thankfully the roads around us are all clear so Mr Cakes could get to work (although I'm gathering it's rather wintery on the hill he's working on so he may have preferred to be snowed in after all), L was able to get to school for his Chemistry prelim and I could get to town for a meeting.
Quick visit to get the holiday house ready for guests coming in on Friday; they are skiers so they should be very happy!
L got his third result back today and it's another one to be proud of. Just as well I made that marble cake in the morning then!
