Abandoned seal pup

This is part of a series I'm doing called "On the street where I live".

My neighbours in Kensal Green have a habit of just putting out on the street anything they want to get rid of. Today it was largely toys.

This is a phenomenon I've only seen in my part of west London, but if it happens in your area too let me know.
