Old Red Telephone Box

You still see the old red Post Office telephone box, enough of them have been preserved in town and country. However, how many are still kitted out with the bakelite dial telephone and the A and B press buttons. On this grey and rainy day in Pickering it made me smile to find that the one at the station still has the original interior. I am old enough to remember these as a child. At 12 years old I was taken away by the Police for playing in (but not damaging) such a 'phone box. I won't report what my Father said when I was returned home.
