Nick and I had a lovely walk around Eaglescairnie.

The rest of the day was spent going over and over Sam's list for Uni. "Do you really need this? Or this? Is that necessary? And so on. We did finally come to some agreement and I thought wryly to myself that a lot has changed since I was there - particularly in the area of expectations. Sam has managed to bag a room with an en suite bathroom in halls and is feeling very smug. The kitchen and living space will be shared with four others. I shared a shower with eight and thought that was luxurious! He is excited to be going after spending most of his GAP year working and I am excited for him too. So much opportunity......

I will miss him terribly as I love having him about. Saying goodbye will be hard, hopefully knowing he is settled and happy will make it easier.
