I've Got A Place

Hi Tom

I've been lucky enough to get a place on the Fitjam weekend next year. All the places had been taken so I went on a reserve list as the guy who is running it gave everyone just 7 days to pay the deposit. Someone obviously hasn't paid and I've been offered the room. I'm going to get the deposit sent off then I'll sort out people for the room. I'm so pleased as I really did enjoy it this year. But I'll have to have a quick check on when we are off to Thailand and Australia as I have a feeling the dates could overlap...I really hope they don't.

I have had a very hard personal boot session with a guy called Glynn today. He is the co owner of Essex Boot Camp. An ex marine. I was dreading it and got very nervous as time drew near to go. I have to say it was a very hard session....but he was nice. My arms are killing me tonight as we had to do exercises with a 10kg medicine ball. My legs know they have had a good workout as well.

On top of that I went to my Zumba class. My friends all say that I bounce around the room like tigger...but I wasn't tonight.

I've got quite a lot on tomorrow....another two boot sessions and a life saving exam...but I'll tell you all about that tomorrow ....I need my sleep now.

Nice to have you FaceTime last night...hope that room is tidy now!
