Miss Spring...

...is here

Yesterday it was the first day I could say spring is here really here, the frost, the position of the sun, birds singing, temperature going from minus 2.5 to 6 degrees that felt so warm though to continue with a magical sunset and clear starry skies and luna although not full so so bright I could walk around the farm with no lights but at 2am the winds returned and it was unbelievably wild, you could not imagine how wild I had to move my bed in the military tent in the barn to keep warm and this morning the valley green and misty but the hills around white and full of snow...so magical

My heart still ticking very low but I shall resume long miles and work from tomorrow, the 20 mile trial run last night felt effortless
