Day 12

Today we went back to the doctors after Will having a really bad morning with herbie, just crying and generally not well at all.

Turns out he has now developed an ear infection so has just started a course of antibiotics. Really don't like him being on them, but at this stage and what he has been through, his body needs some help to recover.

Got back from work after lunch and lay for an hour with herbie sleeping on my chest, then after the docs we sat in the lounge, watching the curling!! And again he snuggled in and dozed off for at least another hour. It felt so peaceful, I just lay and relaxed and he seemed soothed by just lying on me.
Put him to bed nearly an hour earlier as he was still just so exhausted. Praying he gets a good night sleep to help him onto his road to recovery.
