Trees and Turbines

Clearly not a Shetland blip.

Spent the day driving south from Aberdeen back to Oxford - wasn't looking forward to the drive, given the current weather mayhem. My verdict on the day. It snows north of Dundee, and it rains south of Warwick - other than that the country is bathed in cool winter sunshine.

I stopped off to take some snowy images in the Southern Uplands - this picture taken from one of the side roads near the A74M just north of Beattock, including some of the Clyde Wind Farm.
