Today I ate porridge...
...and didn't feel like I was eating baby sick!
Actually, with a little flaxseed, walnut pieces and a teaspoon of honey it was quite yummy! It's only a tiny portion to get me started before my gym session, thought I would try it out. No one died in eating action so I'm soaking some for tomorrow as I have a big run to do in the afternoon.
Don't think it will be regular breakfast choice though!
I've also decided that my complex carbs need shaking up...tomorrow I have some lentils, beans, spinach, pepper and tuna for lunch...mmmm. Looks good. No farty pants comments please!
