A 5 o'clock start
I'm in Normandy for two weeks volunteering at a bakery via WWOOF. It was an early start this morning to make the bread for delivery - the doughs had been fermenting overnight.
Everything is baked in a wood fired oven, quite an art to get the breads in the right place and the right temperature!
