Please may I have a chewy?

A very wet and blowy walk incredibly slowly away from the house. It felt like dragging a lump of lead along. Well, two leaden lumps called Grace and Emily Once we reached the halfway point they charged home double quick time and I could hardly keep up!

Out for a Chinese buffet for Alice's birthday celebrations (delayed from Sunday) with all 4 of my kids, sister and husband. Nice food and a good giggle. The restaurant did the whole lights down, music and cake with candle routine which made Alice blush.

Back home in sunny weather. The pups had a lively play before settling down with some chewies. No dinner to cook so I shall indulge in cuppa and a book to pass the time until the Husband comes home.
