Two Pelicans in Heaven

Day Two:
We finally arrived in Melbourne just in time to capture a picture at dusk. Travel was without incident.

The temperature's in the 70's which is a forty degree difference in the right direction, and the sky is clear. What a blessing.

As we came over the bridge to the barrier island we both realized how much we missed our wives. I haven't been here without mine for over twenty years. I keep turning around and she's not there. Easily my smile moment :)

Writing and editing from a small eatery that has wifi and fading fast ...it's been a long couple of days.
