Aspects of Oxford...

Spoiled for choice of Blips today... my birthday! Had a lovely day exploring Oxford. First visited the parks, but flooding restricted where we could walk. Had lunch at the famous Turf Tavern, where Bob Hawke famously sank a yard of ale in 11 seconds and Bill Clinton infamously "did not inhale" illegal substances! We ate outside in the courtyard, beside a cozy brazier next to the 13th century city wall.
Later we visited Christ Church College, the undercover market and walked along the canal before having a lovely dinner in a French restaurant called "La Cote".
