Feelin' the Love

Big shout-outs to Chris Raes at SCA for providing another example of exceptional client service.

After finishing up on a breakfast meeting around the corner with miscellaneous person, he then went out of his way and picked up two coffees for Fran and James, dropped them off unannounced to Ikon reception and drove away (like Batman or something). He is a man of mystery and we like it.

Fran was even more impressed as the cafes nearby don't make Chai Lattes (her drink of choice), which means Chris went super out of his way. But maybe he just took the Batmobile....
