Welcome to the World...

Baby Lucas One week old and as gorgeous as a gorgeous thing.

A standard, run of the mill Monday. Some tidying, some ironing, some cooking, some admin.

Then Baby Lucas came to visit this evening and the day ended on a much brighter note.

He is SO tiny and SO gorgeous and I want to keep him! Holding a tiny, new born baby is one of the most precious things in the world. Just one minute experiencing their warmth, their smell and their snuffly little noises and you are in love. What a potent spell they weave. The future lying there in your arms. He even worked his magic on David, who was equally smitten. Oh to be 20 years younger :))

The lighting in our room is not great for photography and I could have taken a million photos of this little guy. I will definitely be arranging to visit Lucas at home to take many more photos. I suspect he'll become a Blip regular!
