River Walk

Just a short walk on the way to Cannon Street. I read in the newspaper earlier that the Thames is around 6 foot higher than normal and faster flowing, but tonight it looked a lot lower than last week so I'm guessing that they have shut the Thames Barrier again in light of the river bursting its banks further west.
